Delete your data

You can erase what the game stores about you at any time. There is no account to close: your progress lives on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.

Delete in the game

This is the fastest way. It cannot be undone.

  1. Open Settings.Tap the settings button on the home screen.
  2. Go to Privacy and data.Then choose Reset.
  3. Pick what to reset.You can reset the progress of one language or of everything, and you are asked to confirm.

What is removed

  • Progress, coins, items, stats and settings on your phone
  • The copy in your iCloud, removed when you are online and signed in to iCloud
  • The random install number, which is replaced by a new one
  • The on-device event log, your saved privacy answers (you are asked again) and pending reminders

What stays

  • Purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored
  • Game Center data belongs to Apple
  • Another iPhone or iPad on the same iCloud account keeps its own progress until you reset it there too
  • Ad partners keep what they already received

A reset of a single language keeps your coins, items and purchases. A reset of everything does not touch purchases, because Apple controls them.

Remove the iCloud copy yourself

If you deleted the game or no longer have the iPhone, you can clear the iCloud copy from any Apple device. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage, and choose the game. Deleting the game from your phone also removes everything the game stored on that phone. The exact wording can differ between iOS versions.

Cannot use the game? Ask us

Email support@luminastudio.ai with the subject Delete my data. We aim to reply within 7 days. We will tell you what we can remove and what is handled by Apple, and we reply to the address you write from.

Support messages and ad reports that you sent us are deleted on request, and otherwise twelve months after the last message.

Other choices

  • Ad data at Google

    Resetting the game does not remove data that Google or ad partners already received, and the game never sends them its install number. Use Google's own privacy tools to ask about ad data.
